2016/679 (GDPR), about how and why Raccourci processes your
data in connection with the website www.raccourci.fr.

1. Data controller

The data controller for the data collected on the Website is the company
Raccourci, S.A.S. (simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €30,000.00,
registered with the La Rochelle Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 423 264 845 00045 (intra-Community VAT number
FR42423264845), whose registered office is situated at 18 boulevard
Maréchal Lyautey, 17000 La Rochelle (France).

2. Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to anyone visiting the Website, booking an appointment with
our teams, or contacting us via the methods provided on the Website.
It covers only the processing operations we carry out on our own behalf. The
data processing operations we carry out on behalf of our clients, in connection with the websites
we design and host for them, are governed by separate contractual agreements
under which we act as a data processor within the meaning of
Article 28 of the GDPR.

3. Why and on what basis do we process your data?

    • To respond to your enquiries and arrange a meeting with our
      teams, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and
      our legitimate interest in communicating with our prospective clients.
    • To manage the business relationship and send you
      information about our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest,
      in accordance with Article L34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code
      . You may object to this at any time, free of charge.
    • To measure the Website’s audience and improve its content, on the basis of your
      prior consent.
    • To send you personalised content or advertising via our
      partners, based on your prior consent collected via our
      consent management tool.
    • To ensure the security and proper functioning of the Website, based on our
      legal obligations and our legitimate interest.

4. What data and for how long?

The identification and contact details you provide to us (surname, first name,
company, job title, email address, telephone number) are retained for 3 years
from the date of our last contact, unless you request otherwise.
Connection data (logs, IP address) is retained for as long as
necessary to ensure the security of the Website. Cookies and trackers subject to consent
are retained for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with the recommendations of the
CNIL.

5. Recipients and data processors

The data collected is intended for the sales and marketing teams at
Raccourci.

In this context, certain data may be passed on to the following data processors
: Sirdata (consent management) and the partners listed in our
consent management tool.

Some of our service providers may process data outside
the European Economic Area. Where such transfers take place, they are
governed by the safeguards set out in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, in particular
the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the
following rights in respect of your personal data:

    • the right to access and obtain a copy of your data;
    • the right to rectification;
    • the right to erasure;
    • the right to restrict processing;
    • the right to object, in particular to processing for marketing

    • the right to data portability;
    • the right to give instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.

      stating ‘Individual rights – GDPR’ in the subject line. We will reply
      as soon as possible, within one month of receiving your
      request, which may be extended by two months in complex cases.

7. Security

We implement the necessary technical and organisational measures to
ensure the security of your data and to protect against any risk of destruction, loss,
alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

8. Complaints

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected,

9. Changes to the policy
